Since the time period when members can obtain
affidavits for Dressage, Show Jumping and Eveneting for qualifying for
the 2010 championships in Virginia next summer began at the conclusion
of this year championships, I am attaching copies of the necessary
affidavits for members to use now if they are trying to obtain the
needed scores.
Please remember that members may qualify for more than one
discipline if they choose.
They can only compete in one discipline, but they may qualify for
more than one.
For Dressage, a member needs to obtain two dressage scores 58% or
better for the level they wish to qualify for. Tests should be
Training 2 and 4 for Training Level competitors and First Level 2 and
4 for First level competitors.
For SJ, two clear rounds ridden at the height the member would like
to qualify for.
Show where scores are earned can be recognized or schooling shows.
For eventing - since we do not hold a qualifying rally, members
need to obtain two affidavits for two events showing no XC penalties
at one and no more than 20 at the second.
One event must be a USEA recognized event. The second can be a
schooling event as long as it is held at a venue that also hold USDA
events.
